Caffeine

So, I'm going to stop drinking caffeine and eating caffeinated products for a while. I don't promise to completely give them up, or even that I will hold off for more than a couple of days, but I'm at least doing something.

I want to get over my caffeine tolerance and try it again just to see what the really potent effects are, since I can't really tell a difference right now.

It's just so hard though! There is so much sweet tea that needs to be drank before it goes bad, and I for one do not want to let any go to waste.

Of course, the sugar isn't good for me either..but...hey, we all have our crosses to bear. Mine just happens to be delicious and sweet.

Amen, little candy coated crucifix...amen.

Having myself been off of caffine for three years my only recommendation would be that you ease off of it rather than go cold turkey. I went cold turkey and it seems like you will be fine for a few days but that's when the headaches hit. Apparently the recommended way to get off of caffine with minimum side effects is to just lower the amount you intake a little bit at a time. I was suprised at the effect quitting had on me, I didn't think that I was drinking enough to make a difference but I was. Good luck on your journey it may be a difficult one but it could be a rewarding one.
